Lady Bobcats claim District Title

The Lady Bobcats have the right stuff.

Heading into the Texas High School State Playoffs they look poised to make a deep run. All season they were ranked No.2 in the State, and they didnt dissapoint the Coach’s Poll ranking. They are on a 18 game winning streak, and have not lost a match on the basketball court since the 1st of December.

The Lady Bobcats (35-2), (10-0) will face Los Fesnos Lady Falcons (17-17), (5-5) on the road on Monday at Los Fresnos. It will be their second meeting since the Bobcats defeated them 88-32 on Dec. 28.

The Lady Bobcats’ high power offense is led by Kimora Fagan, Emily Carranco and Madison Ramirez senior trio.

They can finish on the fast break, in the paint and from downtown. They smother their opponents with tenacious defense.
